Built from premium 0.4mm high-chromium spring steel, each plate is electrostatically powder-coated with authentic ULTEM™ brand PEI by Sabic and kiln-baked for ultimate long-term durability. The double-sided textured surface provides superior adhesion and leaves a distinct, professional textured finish on the bottom of your 3D prints.

Compatible with standard 235 x 235 mm magnetic bases (such as the Wham Bam Magnetic Base), this build plate excels with a wide array of filaments including PLA, TPU, PETG, and ABS. For extra challenging materials like Nylon, a simple water-soluble bed adhesive can be applied.

Note: This model features integrated alignment notches for effortless placement.

Usage & Maintenance Best Practices

Routine Cleaning: Wipe the surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a lint-free paper towel before or after every print. Avoid using acetone as it will degrade the PEI surface coating.

Restoring Adhesion: If adhesion decreases over time, clean the plate using mild dish soap and warm water to dissolve oil and filament oils. To revitalize the texture, lightly sand the plate with 600-grit wet/dry sandpaper, then wipe clean with IPA.
