Copier2Go Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At Copier2Go, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the technical nature of our products (printers and 3D filaments), we have specific requirements for returns to ensure quality and safety for all customers.

2. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Consumables (Filaments & Toners): For health and safety reasons, 3D printer filaments and toners cannot be returned if the vacuum seal is broken or if the box has been opened.

  • Printers: Must include all original accessories, manuals, and power cables. Printers that have been initialized (ink/toner installed or 3D resin/filament loaded) may only be returned if a manufacturing defect is proven.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Items on "Final Sale" or "Clearance".

  • Custom-ordered parts or specialized 3D printing resins.

5. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty)

If your printer or product is defective upon arrival, please contact us at andrea@copier2go.com within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for defective units. Note: Defects caused by improper use or third-party software/firmware modifications are not covered.

6. Restocking Fees

To cover inspection and repackaging costs, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns (e.g., "buyer's remorse" or "ordered by mistake"). This fee will be deducted from your final refund.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: For non-defective returns, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company.
