Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders submitted before 1:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day.
Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be shipped the following business day.
Tracking: You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from the applicable warehouse.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping Responsibility
Copier2Go offers products both directly and through partner brands integrated via Shopify Collective.

Copier2Go Products:
Items sold and fulfilled directly by Copier2Go are processed, shipped, and supported by our team according to the shipping timelines outlined in this policy. -
Third-Party / Partner Brand Products (Shopify Collective):
Some products available on our website are fulfilled and shipped directly by third-party brands or suppliers. In these cases:- The partner brand is solely responsible for order processing, shipping, delivery timelines, and fulfillment.
- Shipping methods, delivery times, and handling may vary depending on the supplier.
- Copier2Go does not control or manage the fulfillment, shipping, or delivery of these items.
If your order contains multiple items from different brands, you may receive separate shipments with different tracking numbers.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer Free Same-Day Shipping for all qualifying orders fulfilled by Copier2Go and delivered within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Shipping timelines for third-party products may vary and are determined by the respective supplier.
Factory & Warehouse Pick Up
Items marked as “Factory Pick Up” or “Warehouse Collect” do not include standard shipping. For these items, customers may:
- Pay a calculated freight/shipping fee at checkout
- Arrange for in-person collection at our designated facility at no additional charge
Note on Heavy Equipment:
For full-size office copiers and multi-function printers, "shipping" typically refers to curbside delivery. If you require "White Glove" installation or inside delivery, please contact us prior to shipment.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for bulk supply orders (toner, parts, and consumables) of 200+ units fulfilled by Copier2Go.
For international freight quotes, machine availability, and custom shipping arrangements, please contact our logistics team:
⚠️ Customs & Duties: The customer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international orders.
International shipping availability and terms for third-party products are determined by the respective supplier.
Tracking and Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Update Window: Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking information to update.
- Multiple Shipments: Orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

If you do not receive your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation (for Copier2Go fulfilled items), please contact us at 📧 andrea@copier2go.com with your name and order number.
For third-party fulfilled items, we will assist in coordinating with the supplier when needed.
Freight Damage & Inspection Policy
Important: High-Value Equipment Notice
Due to the size and sensitivity of copier equipment, many products ship via specialized freight carriers.
Inspection Requirements:
- Inspect Before Signing: Examine packaging for damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Noting Damage: If damage is visible, write: "Subject to Inspection: Damaged" on the BOL.
- Refusing Delivery: Refuse delivery if the equipment is severely damaged and contact us immediately.
- Concealed Damage: Must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
⚠️ Warning: Signing the BOL without noting damage constitutes acceptance of the shipment as-is. Claims may be denied if damage is not properly documented.
