Our Premium Nylon Carbon Fiber (PA-CF) filament is a high-performance engineering material specifically blended for advanced 3D printing applications. By reinforcing a tough polyamide (Nylon) base matrix with high-modulus chopped carbon fiber strands, this filament achieves exceptional structural stiffness and tensile strength. Excellent Dimensional Stability & Premium Surface Finish
The integration of carbon fiber significantly improves the printability of the nylon base, minimizing the curling, lifting, and warping commonly associated with standard nylon. Printed parts exhibit an extremely attractive, smooth matte black finish that completely hides layer lines.
Note: Because carbon fiber filaments are abrasive to standard brass hardware, we highly recommend printing with a 0.4mm or larger wear-resistant hardened steel or ruby-tipped nozzle. Additionally, as polyamide is highly hygroscopic, remember to dry the filament prior to use and store it in a sealed desiccant chamber or active drying box during the printing process to achieve optimal layer adhesion.
