PolyLite™ PC is engineered using a premium polycarbonate resin specifically optimized for FDM 3D printing. It delivers exceptional stiffness and high heat resistance, paired with unique light-diffusing properties that make it ideal for both functional mechanical parts and high-end lighting enclosures.

Enclosure Rule of Thumb: While small parts can be printed on open machines, an enclosed 3D printer is highly recommended for any part larger than the size of your fist to ensure dimensional stability and prevent warping.

Material Performance & Handling

• High Heat Resistance: Maintains structural integrity at temperatures far exceeding standard PLA or PETG.
• Moisture Sensitivity: PolyLite™ PC is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture faster than PLA. For high-strength, bubble-free prints, we strongly recommend using a dry box during the printing process.
• Annealing: For maximum strength and to relieve internal print stresses, we recommend annealing your parts at 90°C for 2 hours.
