Upgrade your 3D prints with Polymaker PolyLite™ Galaxy ABS Filament. Formulated using a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, PolyLite ABS contains a significantly lower volatile content compared to traditional ABS materials. This produces high-quality, durable prints with minimal odor during extrusion.
Known for its heat resistance, impact strength, and post-processing versatility, PolyLite Galaxy ABS is an ideal choice for functional prototypes and end-use parts requiring a premium glitter aesthetic.

Printer Compatibility & Enclosure Requirements
To prevent warping and ensure optimal layer bonding, build enclosure recommendations vary by model size:
Small Models (< 5cm): Standard non-enclosed printer with a 90°C bed and 260°C nozzle. Proper bed surface adhesion (e.g., BuildTak) is recommended.
Medium Models (5cm – 15cm): Enclosed 3D printer (~40°C–50°C ambient temperature).
Large Models (> 15–20cm): Actively heated chamber (~70°C+ ambient temperature).
Post-Processing & Spool Specifications
Acetone Vapor Smoothing: Fully compatible with acetone for surface smoothing and polishing (always use proper chemical safety precautions).
