PolyFlex™ TPU95-HF is a high-performance, high-flow TPU created from Covestro’s Addigy® family. Specifically engineered for high-speed printing, this filament unlocks new industrial applications for flexible materials by overcoming the traditional speed limitations of standard TPU. With a Shore hardness of 95A, it provides the perfect balance of flexibility and ease of use.
High-Speed Capability: Unlike standard flexible filaments that require slow speeds, the "HF" (High Flow) designation means this material can comfortably reach printing speeds of 100mm/s+ when used with a compatible setup.
Hardware Compatibility
Direct Drive: Highly recommended to achieve maximum printing speeds and the best surface quality.
Indirect (Bowden) Drive: Compatible with Bowden setups at lower speeds, though specialized retraction settings are required.
Note: TPU is hygroscopic. For the best results and to prevent "stringing," we recommend printing directly from a dry box or drying the filament before use.
