This high-performance material exhibits outstanding thermal and mechanical properties without sacrificing layer adhesion, making it ideal for robust, structural components that require long-term durability.

Hardware & Printing Requirements

To achieve successful prints and optimal mechanical properties, your 3D printer workflow must meet the following requirements:

• Extruder/Hotend: An all-metal hotend capable of reaching 280°C or higher is required.
• Nozzle: A hardened steel, ruby, or specialized abrasion-resistant nozzle is mandatory. (Glass fiber is highly abrasive and will quickly destroy standard brass nozzles).
• Filament Dryer: Nylon is highly hygroscopic; utilizing a dedicated filament dryer before and during the printing process is critical for clean extrusion.
• Post-Processing: Annealing the printed part, followed by moisture conditioning, is highly recommended to maximize part strength and dimensional stability.
