Fiberon™ PA12-CF10 by Polymaker is an advanced, industrial-grade engineering filament consisting of a carbon fiber reinforced long-chain copolyamide matrix. Engineered for highly demanding structural applications, its smart chemical architecture delivers substantially lower moisture sensitivity compared to traditional PA6 or PA6/66-based materials. At the same time, it yields vastly superior mechanical toughness, impact resistance, and tensile modulus than standard unreinforced PA12 filaments.

Infused with high-modulus chopped carbon fiber and reinforced with Polymaker's proprietary Warp-free™ technology, Fiberon PA12-CF10 provides exceptional dimensional stability, minimal thermal shrinkage, and highly predictable part-to-part accuracy. It is highly valued for producing lightweight functional prototypes, drone frames, automotive engine components, and heavy-duty manufacturing jigs. Note: This material features the same great, high-performance formula as its legacy predecessor, PolyMide PA12-CF, but updates the profile to print in a sleek, slightly darker black aesthetic.

Hardware Notice: Due to the abrasive nature of embedded carbon fibers, this material requires a specialized wear-resistant hardened steel or ruby nozzle. It is an industrial macromolecule that requires high-temperature hardware configuration and an all-metal hotend setup.
