Fiberon™ PA6-CF20: Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon

Fiberon™ PA6-CF20 is a high-performance PA6 (Nylon 6) filament reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. This industrial-grade material offers a significant leap in stiffness, tensile strength, and heat resistance compared to standard nylons, while maintaining the outstanding layer adhesion that professionals demand.

Note: Fiberon™ PA6-CF20 utilizes the same proven formula as PolyMide PA6-CF, delivering a deep, professional matte black finish.

Advanced Printing Requirements

Due to its high carbon fiber content and engineering properties, the following setup is required for optimal results:

• Hotend: All-metal hotend capable of 280°C+.
• Nozzle: Hardened Steel nozzle is mandatory (carbon fiber is abrasive to brass).
• Filament Management: Active filament dryer is highly recommended during printing.
• Post-Processing: For maximum heat resistance and strength, annealing post-printing is recommended.
