PA6 Nylon is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic prized for its exceptional structural strength, thermal stability, excellent shock absorption, and minimal warping. Engineered to deliver top-tier print quality, this nylon filament prints smoothly without harsh odors, ensuring clean and dimensionally stable results. Because nylon is inherently hygroscopic (moisture-sensitive), we highly recommend storing it in a dedicated filament dryer or a sealed vacuum bag to maintain optimal printing performance.

IMPORTANT USAGE NOTES

1. Standard brass nozzles can experience accelerated wear and abrasion when extruding nylon. For long-term reliability and accuracy, using a wear-resistant nozzle—such as hardened steel or ruby-tipped—is highly advised.
2. When utilizing this PA6 nylon to print its own breakaway support structures, ensure you detach the supports shortly after printing. If the material absorbs too much ambient moisture post-print, the support interfaces can permanently bond to your main model.
