Rigid All-Metal Structural Chassis
Engineered with industrial-grade all-metal architecture, the 3020-PRO Ultra is structurally optimized for high-load milling. The X-axis relies on dual precision linear rails matched with a premium lead screw drive, while the Z-axis incorporates 10mm and the Y-axis leverages 12mm case-hardened polished rods driven by T8 trapezoidal lead screws. Reinforced structural gantry plates eliminate twisting, providing ultimate positional stability and accurate repeatable toolpaths.


High-Torque Dynamic Feeding Power
The X, Y, and Z axes are configured with oversized 60mm high-torque stepper motors that generate an impressive 7.3 Nm of driving force. This massive power upgrade provides the required axis holding torque to execute aggressive roughing passes in non-ferrous metals, cutting depths up to 1.5mm per single pass in aluminum plates to significantly accelerate production cycles.
Integrated 710W Heavy-Duty Spindle
Whether processing stubborn hardwoods, structural sheet acrylics, engineering composites, or non-ferrous alloys, the integrated 710W trim router spindle delivers clean, chatter-free cuts. Equipped with a standard 1/8” ER11 precision collet system, the motor features an electronic variable speed dial (6,500 - 30,000 RPM) across 6 locked configurations backed by constant torque circuitry to maintain RPM stability under load.


Streamlined Architecture & Rapid Setup
By removing the bulky external controller box and directly integrating the microprocessor components with a dedicated active cooling fan on the rear chassis, workspace footprint efficiency and data lines are clean and securely protected. The modular layout allows for rapid out-of-the-box deployment, enabling operators to finish final structural connection steps and begin configuration in minutes.
Versatile Tool Head Compatibility
Transition seamlessly between different machining operations. The modular tool carriage accommodates standard 65mm spindles and includes a precision-machined 52mm sleeve adapter for quickly swapping between alternative milling motors or optical diode laser engraver kits. It is also compatible with 69mm spindle brackets (sold separately) to accept heavier commercial trimming heads.

The 3020-PRO Ultra is custom-tailored to etch, pocket, profile, and cut across a comprehensive spectrum of engineering and hobbyist material substrates. Capitalizing on the high-torque feed rate and rigid framing, operators can easily process hard timber stocks, solid aluminum plates, brass toolings, woven carbon fiber weave laminates, and dense cast acrylic templates.
