Genmitsu - 3020-PRO MAX V2 Desktop CNC Router

Introducing the Genmitsu 3020-PRO MAX V2 CNC Router
The Genmitsu 3020-PRO MAX V2 represents a significant structural advancement in precision desktop manufacturing cells. Engineered for unmatched stability in its footprint class, this platform features upgraded dual steel X-axis guide tracks, a heavy-duty integrated Z-axis, and high-performance stepper drivers. Arriving with key sub-assemblies pre-built, this comprehensive out-of-the-box solution effortlessly tackles detailed carvings, prototyping runs, and precision production templates.
Upgraded Structural Framework
Building upon a proven foundation, the V2 architecture introduces heavy-duty 4040 aluminum Y-axis profiles paired with an updated solid steel X-axis backing plate. The primary gantry travels along enhanced dual-steel guide rails encased in premium structural molded housings, yielding an exceptionally rigid assembly that mitigates mechanical flexing and dynamic runtime vibration.

Precision Solid Aluminum Spoilboard
Engineered for perfect surface flatness, the platform features a premium, one-piece machined and molded solid aluminum spoilboard. Complete with an integrated, highly accurate dimensional measurement scale grid, this heavy-duty workbed ensures rapid, consistent material stock squaring and eliminates the warping issues common with traditional fiberboard options.
Rigid Molded Z-Axis Assembly
Featuring a redesigned, integrated molded Z-axis C-mount that drastically improves plunging rigidity and structural tracking compared to legacy modular plates. This optimized vertical layout provides maximum workspace utilization and features a universal mounting configuration, making future spindle upgrades and modular tool swaps faster and easier than ever.

Expanded Functionality & 32-Bit Control
Driven by industry-standard open-source GRBL V1.1 firmware, the control engine has been significantly upgraded with high-power Toshiba TB6S109 stepper drivers powered by an advanced 32-bit microprocessor chip architecture. The mainboard introduces a versatile layout of dedicated hardware expansion ports, including a 3-pin laser control terminal, an automated air assistance pump controller port, and a hardware MPG pendant module port.
Multi-Substrate Versatility
The 3020-PRO MAX V2 is engineered to process a far broader spectrum of engineering materials than typical entry-level hobby machines. While highly optimized for rapid carving runs in dense hardwoods, structural acrylics, mechanical polymers, and custom PCB trace routing, its superior rigidity allows operators to confidently execute shallow carving and milling passes in non-ferrous soft metals with proper speed-and-feed precautions.
