Experience exceptional elasticity, impact absorption, and rapid extrusion performance with Fremover High Speed Flexible TPU Filament. Engineered specifically to overcome the traditional speed limitations of flexible materials, this high-speed Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) delivers consistent flow and low friction at speeds up to 150 mm/s. Combining rubber-like flexibility with high tear resistance, it is ideal for producing custom gaskets, protective phone cases, shock-absorbing mounts, wearables, and industrial dampeners.
Key Features
High-Speed Flexible Printing: Advanced melt chemistry enables print speeds up to 150 mm/s on direct-drive 3D printers, dramatically reducing print times compared to conventional TPU.
Excellent Elasticity & Shock Absorption: Features superior elasticity, tear strength, and impact resistance, allowing parts to repeatedly stretch, bend, and rebound without deformation.
Consistent & Smooth Extrusion: Formulated for reduced surface friction and stable melt flow to prevent buckling, jamming, or binding within the extruder pathway.
Durable & Chemical Resistant: Resists abrasion, wear, oils, and grease, ensuring long-term durability for functional and outdoor components.
Recommended Bed Temperature: 45°C – 60°C (113°F – 140°F)
Base Material: Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
Drying & Printing Recommendations
Drying Parameters: TPU is highly hygroscopic. Dry the spool in a filament dryer at 70°C for 6 hours prior to printing to eliminate stringing and ensure optimal layer bonding.
Extruder Setup: Best printed using a direct-drive extruder. Minimize or disable retraction settings and print first layers slowly (15–20 mm/s) to maximize bed adhesion.
