The double-sided textured finish provides superior first-layer adhesion and leaves a clean, professional surface texture on your prints.

Compatible with the Wham Bam Magnetic Base (sold separately), this spring steel sheet offers exceptional performance across popular filaments like PLA, TPU, PETG, and ABS. For technical filaments such as Nylon, apply a standard purple glue stick or Magigoo for additional hold and easy water cleanup.

Setup, Maintenance & Best Practices

Note: A magnetic base or bed clips are required to secure the Flexi Plate to your heated bed.

Bed Leveling

After installing your new Flexi Plate, re-run your printer's automatic bed leveling routine or manually set your Z-offset to achieve the proper first-layer extrusion squish.

Routine Cleaning

Wipe down the build surface with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and a clean paper towel between prints. For stubborn purge lines, carefully use a rounded scraper. Do not use acetone, as it will dissolve and permanently damage the PEI coating.

Restoring Surface Adhesion

If print adhesion diminishes over time due to skin oils or filament residue, wash the plate thoroughly with warm water and standard dish soap or white vinegar. To refresh a heavily used surface, lightly pass over it with 600-grit wet/dry sandpaper, then clean with IPA.
