Installation & Best Practices

Surface Preparation: Scuff the PEX surface prior to first use using 000 steel wool or a 7447 red abrasive pad until an even satin matte finish is achieved. Clean thoroughly with >90% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) using a clean paper towel.

Filament Care: Keep hot-end temperatures within manufacturer recommendations (start lower on the first layer). For PETG or ASA, use a glue stick as a release layer to prevent over-bonding.

Part Removal: Always allow the build plate to cool completely before flexing off prints to avoid surface deformation.
