Built for high performance and durability, this surface features an authentic 3k carbon fiber composite panel bonded to a premium spring steel plate with high-temperature 3M adhesive, producing a smooth bottom layer on printed parts.

Authentic Thermoset Carbon Fiber: Made with layered 3k woven carbon fiber impregnated with epoxy resin and autoclave-cured for max durability. As a thermoset polymer, it will not bond excessively with filaments even at elevated printing temperatures.
Smooth Bottom Finish: Leaves a very smooth bottom surface with a subtle pattern visible in cross light (unlike cheap imitation "carbon fiber" effect sheets with low melting points).
Broad Filament Compatibility: Ideal for high-temperature filaments like PETG, PEI, PEEK, and ASA without risk of surface bonding or damage.
Easy Print Release: Prints release easily upon cooling or with a gentle flex of the spring steel plate.

Note: Requires an existing magnetic base installed on your printer to secure the Flexi Plate. This build plate is designed for single-sided use only; flipping it upside down will block the magnetic connection.
Use & Maintenance
Routine Cleaning: Wipe down before and between prints using >90% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) with clean paper towels. Alternatively, wash thoroughly with warm water and strong dish soap. Avoid touching the build surface with bare hands.
Adhesives & Bed Temp: Set bed temperature between 50–70°C for general filaments. Adhesion promoters (e.g., Magigoo, Nano Polymer, Glue Stick) can be used as needed. Preheating the bed for 5 minutes prior to printing is recommended for optimal grip.
Leveling & Nozzle Temp: Limit nozzle temperature to 140°C or below during tap/touch bed leveling. Keep the hot end temperature at or below 270°C for the first layer to prevent surface marks.
