Workflow Efficiency
The included Application Station is perfectly sized for 14" x 16" film sheets. Simply use the scoop to apply the adhesive powder onto the film over the powder grid; excess powder collects conveniently in the storage bin below for easy reuse. The included lid allows you to keep your station clean and organized when not in use.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Printing
Load the transfer film with the matte side facing up.
Print according to your specific ink manufacturer’s recommendations.
If recommended by your ink set, allow the ink to sit for 1 minute or hover-press for 15 seconds before applying powder.
2. Powder Application
Place the printed film onto the metal grid within the Application Station.
Apply powder evenly across one end and allow it to slide across the entire sheet.
Gently tap the back of the film to remove excess powder.
3. Curing & Transfer
Cure Powder: Heat at 300°F for 60-90 seconds on an IR conveyor, or hover-cure for 4-5 minutes at 340°F using a heat press.
Application: Place cured film onto the garment. Press cotton/blends at 300-320°F for 8-10 seconds; press 100% polyester at 280°F for 10-15 seconds.
Finish: Peel the film evenly to reveal your finished garment.
