Technical Instructions:
1. Printing
Load the transfer sheet with the matte side facing up (this is the treated printing surface).
Print your design using standard DTF color and white ink settings.
2. Powder Application & Curing
Apply DTF adhesive powder while the ink is still wet.
Cure the powder using a DTF oven or hover-press at approximately 300°F (150°C) until the powder reaches a melted, "orange peel" texture.
3. Heat Press & Peel
Place the cured transfer onto the garment and press (typically 10-15 seconds depending on fabric).
The Peel: For maximum efficiency, peel the film immediately while the garment is still on the heat press.
