FiberX CarbonX™ ASA+CF is a high-performance 3D printing filament engineered by compounding premium ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) resin with 15% high-modulus carbon fiber. Designed for producing structural, industrial-grade components, this material delivers exceptional stiffness, strength, and superior dimensional stability alongside an attractive matte surface finish.

Combining the inherent weatherability and UV-resistance of ASA with genuine structural carbon fibers (not milled powder), CarbonX™ ASA+CF offers a higher thermal tolerance than PLA or PETG while remaining remarkably easy to print across a wide array of desktop 3D printers.

• Nozzle Requirement: Hardened steel nozzle (minimum 0.4mm diameter recommended)
• Layer Height: ≥ 0.2mm (60% of nozzle diameter recommended)
• Chamber & Bed Prep: Heated chamber recommended; Magigoo bed adhesive for optimal adhesion
• Drying Instructions: 80°C for 4 hours prior to printing
