ENG90-5 – General Engineering Resin
ENG90-5 is a high-performance general engineering photopolymer designed for functional parts, housings, fixtures, and mechanically loaded components. It balances strength, stiffness, and controlled elongation, making it ideal for applications that demand durability without brittleness.
With a tensile strength of 6,000 psi and 14% elongation, ENG90-5 delivers excellent resistance to cracking under load while maintaining dimensional stability. Its 81D Shore hardness and 357,000 psi elastic modulus place it squarely in the engineering plastics range, suitable for snap-fits, enclosures, impellers, brackets, and general mechanical components.
ENG90-5 is optimized for fast, reliable printing. It prints cleanly at 2-second normal exposure at 50 µm on most mSLA 3D Printers, providing high throughput without sacrificing accuracy or surface quality. The resin produces crisp features, strong layer adhesion, and consistent results across a wide range of printers.

Safety and Handling
Important Note: Final products printed with UV Resins are not intended for direct food contact and are not safe to place in the mouth. Do not print products for any person or pet who may chew on or orally ingest the item.
-
Exposure: Risk of irritation with direct exposure. High misting hazard (inhalation of mist).
-
Handling: Use nitrile gloves, goggles, and a vapor mask for prolonged handling. Adequate ventilation is required.
-
Best For: Experienced users with proper equipment and ventilation.
