• In-Situ Hobb Access: Need to inspect or clean the drive gears? Simply remove three bolts to slide away the heatsink and filament path. The structural body stays firmly mounted to your print toolhead.
• Bi-Stable Filament Tensioner: Features a simplified tensioning toggle. Flick it one way for optimal, factory-set drive tension; flick it the other way to completely release pressure for effortless filament loading and clean cold pulls. Swap your nozzle and clear filament with one hand.

Advanced 3D-Printed Metal Heatsink

The Roto features a cutting-edge heatsink manufactured via Selective Laser Melting (SLM) metal 3D printing. This manufacturing freedom yields elite thermal performance:

• Defeat Heat Creep: The specialized geometry actively restricts heat migration from the melt zone via conductive isolation.
• Air-Break Disruptor: Directs active airflow through an integrated air-break, disrupting radiating heat from the heater block to maintain sharp filament thermal transitions.
