This copper core transitions seamlessly into a dedicated internal thermal spreader segment to accelerate heat energy transfer directly into the moving filament. The entire nozzle module is then coated in a premium layer of **Chromium Nitride**, providing high-level corrosion prevention, immense abrasive resistance, and premium non-stick characteristics when running temperatures up to 500°C.
