E3D Revo High-Temperature Hotside (HT / UHT) - 24V PT1000
E3D Revo High-Temperature Hotside (HT / UHT) - 24V PT1000
Unlock industrial-grade 3D printing capabilities with the premium E3D Revo High-Temperature Hotside Packs. Equipped with a high-accuracy PT1000 thermistor, these 24V heater blocks drop seamlessly into your Revo ecosystem to allow reliable, continuous processing of advanced engineering polymers like PEEK, PEI (Ultem), PSU, and PPSU.
Key Advantages
- Advanced Thermal Configuration: Customize your thermal capacity to match your printing demands. Choose the High-Precision (HT) cartridge variant to reach up to 400°C, or opt for the Ultra-High-Temperature (UHT) configuration to confidently push limits up to 500°C.
- Abrasive-Resistant HTX Engineering: Available bundles include premium grey HTX nozzles. Featuring a hardened steel tip embedded in a high-conductivity copper spreader, the assembly is finished with a specialized Chromium Nitride coating to defend against fiber-filled, glow-in-the-dark, or abrasive materials.
- Rapid Nozzle Identification: No complex colored rings or dots to memorize. Every HTX nozzle features its sizing cleanly engraved directly onto its surface for instantaneous verification.
- Integrated PT1000 Precision: Provides incredibly accurate temperature feedback and stability across extreme thermal bands, making compliance with high-temp material profiles easier than ever.
Specifications & Component Bundles
- Voltage Compatibility: 24V ONLY
- Sensor Type: High-accuracy PT1000 Thermistor
- Maximum Operational Limit: 400°C (HT) or 500°C (UHT)
Select your hardware configuration from these three pre-configured kits:
- Standalone Hotside Pack: Includes 1x HT block, 1x PT1000 sensor, 1x 24V heater cartridge (HT or UHT), and 1x Revo retention spring.
- Single Nozzle Hotside Pack: Includes the standalone configuration plus 1x premium Revo HTX 0.4mm nozzle.
- Fully Loaded Hotside Pack: Includes the standalone configuration plus a complete array of Revo HTX nozzles in 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm sizes.
Important Operational Notes:
• Verify your Z-offset calibration whenever exchanging toolhead components or nozzle geometries.
• Avoid running composite or carbon-fiber-filled filaments through the fine 0.25mm nozzle size, as the integrated fibers frequently exceed the bore diameter and induce severe blockages.
• Extension wires are omitted from this core pack. Standard wiring accessories safely tolerate ambient chamber temperatures reaching up to 80°C. Specialized custom high-temperature cabling is required for environments exceeding this threshold.
