Unlike coated alternatives, the DiamondBack hotend utilizes a solid diamond insert composed of thousands of diamond crystals joined with diamond-to-diamond bonds. This provides exceptional thermal conductivity for enhanced interlayer adhesion and an ultra-smooth, polished tip surface that produces top-layer finishes with an ironing-like quality.

Installation & Setup Notes
- Dual Toolhead Machines: Disable pre-print nozzle offset calibration in Bambu Studio by toggling "Nozzle Offset Calibration" to Off prior to sending prints.
- Offset Calibration: Perform high-precision nozzle offset calibration directly on the printer following physical installation.
