This is SILK Silver Ombré PLA—the ultimate gradient for metallic designs, packed with multiple distinct shades of silver on a single spool! The material transitions smoothly from a brilliant light silver to a deep, dark gunmetal silver, capturing a wide spectrum of gorgeous metallic gradients along the way. Infused with high-grade silk additives, it catches the light beautifully, providing an ultra-reflective metallic sheen that naturally camouflages layer lines for a polished, machined look.

Color Dynamics Note: The color shifts slowly over the length of the spool, meaning very small objects will likely showcase only a single shade of silver. To capture the full shifting ombré spectrum within a single print layout, we recommend printing larger items, increasing your infill density, or printing multiple items simultaneously on your build plate.

Material Characteristics Note: Silk PLA formulations provide a gorgeous, high-gloss surface finish. However, due to the nature of the silk gloss additives, prints will have lower impact strength and inter-layer bonding than classic PLA. This aesthetic filament is highly recommended for decorative models, figurines, vases, and artistic designs, but is not recommended for high-impact structural parts or functional kitchen tools like cookie cutters.
