This is SILK Dual Sunrise PLA—featuring a stunning co-extrusion profile with silk pink on one half of the strand and silk yellow on the other. Because both colors print simultaneously side-by-side, your finished models will showcase a captivating, light-shifting dual-tone effect that beautifully mimics a warm sunrise and changes depending on the viewing angle. Infused with a rich silk additive, it catches the light beautifully, hiding layer lines with a brilliant, reflective sheen.
Material Characteristics Note: Silk PLA formulations provide a gorgeous, high-gloss surface finish. However, due to the nature of the silk gloss additives, prints will have lower impact strength and inter-layer bonding than classic PLA. This aesthetic filament is highly recommended for decorative models, figurines, vases, and artistic designs, but is not recommended for high-impact structural parts or functional kitchen tools like cookie cutters.
