Cookiecad - Mermaid TPU 95A Flexible Filament – 1.75mm (1kg)

We are really excited to introduce you to Cookiecad TPU 95A filament in unique and interesting colors. Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is an engineering-grade flexible filament, delivering exceptional elasticity, dampening properties, and incredible impact resistance. Perfect for gaskets, seals, phone cases, and high-wear protective parts, TPU handles stretching, bending, and dropping with ease. Note that TPU is a flexible material that requires distinct speed, retraction, and temperature settings compared to rigid plastics like PLA, PETG, or ABS. Due to its flexible nature, TPU should be printed using a direct-drive extruder and will not work in an AMS (Automatic Material System) unit.

This is Mermaid TPU—a stunning gradient filament that transitions smoothly from aquatic green, to deep ocean blue, to rich purple, and back again. Bringing an elegant, color-shifting aesthetic to the world of flexible prints, it allows your functional and creative elastic components to catch the light beautifully.

Color Dynamics Note: The color shifts gradually over the length of the spool. To capture the full shifting gradient spectrum within a single print layout, we recommend printing larger items, increasing your infill density, or printing multiple items simultaneously on your build plate.

Note: This filament shares the same color profile as our popular Mermaid PLA, Silk PLA, PETG, and ABS. However, when viewed side by side, they will exhibit slight visual variations due to the distinct differences in surface reflectivity, matte/gloss depth, and material properties across polymer families.
