Recommended Print Settings:
For optimal results, follow these technical parameters (adjust based on your specific setup):
Hotend Temperature: 245°C - 295°C
Bed Temperature: 85°C - 110°C (Print on a solvent-cleaned surface)
Cooling Fan:Not Recommended. Using a part cooling fan may cause layer delamination in nylon materials.
Retraction Settings:
Direct-Drive: 1.0–1.5 mm at 10–30 mm/sec
Bowden/Indirect-Drive: 2.5 mm at 30–35 mm/sec
Pro-Tip: Nylon is highly hygroscopic. For the best surface finish and strength, ensure the filament is dried thoroughly before use and stored in a dry box during the printing process.
