CoexFlex™ 60A TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is an ultra-soft, industrial-grade elastomeric filament designed for extreme compliance, elasticity, and dampening. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, CoexFlex™ 60A stands out as one of the most flexible filaments on the market. Registering a soft 60A Shore hardness, it is significantly more pliable than standard flexible filaments like NinjaFlex or FilaFlex, mimicking the true tactical feel and stretch of a rubber band.
This is Black CoexFlex™ 60A TPU—a rich, deep black filament that delivers a premium matte-elastomer look. It produces finished parts that remain completely flexible, springy, and compliant regardless of your infill density settings. Its superior energy absorption, incredible layer-to-layer crosslinking, and exceptional elongation properties make it indispensable for custom seals, shock-absorbers, wearable robotics, and non-slip industrial interfaces.
CRITICAL PRINTING & HARDWARE NOTICE: Due to its ultra-soft 60A durometer, this specialty material is highly technical and requires an optimized hardware setup. It
requires a direct-drive extruder with a fully constrained, gapless filament path, as the material will buckle or escape out of any micro-gaps. Additionally, a
PTFE-lined hotend is strongly recommended, as raw 60A TPU tends to stick to the inner walls of standard all-metal hotends (seasoning an all-metal hotend may help if a PTFE lining is unavailable). Please verify hardware compatibility before purchasing.
