CarbonX™ PEKK-A+CF15 is a high-performance 3D printing filament featuring a 60/40 PEKK copolymer reinforced with 15% high-modulus chopped carbon fiber. As a premier member of the PAEK family, this material is engineered for the most demanding end-use applications, offering a superior balance of mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and ease of printing compared to traditional CF-PEEK.

Made in the USA: Manufactured in our state-of-the-art 68,000 ft² facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. CarbonX™ PEKK-A+CF15 targets difficult industrial applications where failure is not an option.

• Broad Processing Window: Optimized for printing between 360°C – 390°C, with the capability to go up to 430°C if required.
