• SLS PA12 Glass-Filled Housing: Built inside a robust V2-style enclosure printed from high-grade PA12 GF (Glass-Filled Nylon). This construction increases structural durability and elevates heat resistance to comfortably print in warm chambers up to 100°C.
• Nema14 22mm Stepper Motor: Includes a factory-mounted 22mm custom round pancake stepper motor (ø36mm), keeping the moving mass on your axis incredibly low without compromising torque.

5-Position Quick-Tension System

Simplify your workflow with the integrated calibrated tension lever. You can effortlessly swap between 5 physical presets tailored for a broad range of 1.75mm filaments—completely eliminating manual thumb-screws:

• Position 0: Open (for frustration-free filament loading/unloading).
• Position 1-2: Preset for rigid materials (like PLA, PETG, ABS, and carbon fiber composites).
• Position 2-3: Preset for semi-flexible filaments.
• Position 3-5: Preset for flexible and soft elastic filaments (such as TPU).

⚠️ Essential Technical Guidelines:

• Filament Limit: Natively and strictly compatible with 1.75mm filament only.
• E-Steps Values: Configure your printer firmware to 800 steps/mm at 1/16 microstepping (or 1600 steps/mm at 1/32 microstepping).
• Stepper Motor Current: Limit current output in your configuration to a range of **0.45A to 0.65A (RMS)** to prevent motor thermal saturation. Max peak threshold is 1.0A.
• Mounting Restriction: Do not place a mounting plate between the stepper motor and the rear of this extruder.
