Bondtech CHT MK8 High Flow Nozzle - Nickel Coated Brass

The authentic Bondtech CHT® MK8 Nozzle uses patented Core Heating Technology to dramatically increase the melting capacity of your hotend. By splitting the filament into three thinner strands, it melts plastic from the inside out, allowing you to print faster, save time, and achieve superior layer adhesion for stronger 3D printed parts.

Specifications & Compatibility

• Standard Fitment: MK8 Thread style (M6 × 1 × 5 × 13 geometry). Requires an 8mm wrench for installation.
• Material: Nickel-Coated Brass
• Available Nozzle Sizes: 0.40mm, 0.60mm, 0.80mm, 1.0mm, 1.4mm, and 1.8mm.
• Performance Note: To achieve maximum volumetric flow rate gains, a nozzle diameter of 0.60mm or larger is highly recommended. Flow gains apply to rigid materials and select flexible filaments.
