At the heart of this nozzle is Bondtech's patented **Core-Heating Technology**. Instead of heating filament strictly from the outside inward, the internal structure splits the plastic into three separate, ultra-thin streams. This dramatically increases the surface area exposed to heat, resulting in a much higher volumetric flow rate limit.

  • Hardened Steel Inserts: Placed strategically at wear-intensive points to guard against fiber-filled and particle-loaded abrasive polymers (Carbon Fiber, Glass-Filled, Glow-in-the-Dark, and metallic filaments).
  • Protective Nickel Coating: Shielded inside and out to prevent chemical oxidation and lower the coefficient of friction, keeping sticky, molten plastic from building up on the tip.

  • Thread Standard: RepRap M6x1 (7.5mm thread length, 12.5mm total length). Fully compatible with standard V6 and MK8 style heater blocks.
