AMBROSIA - Uber ABS Filament of the Gods - 1KG
AMBROSIA - Uber ABS Filament of the Gods - 1KG
Ambrosia Filament's Über ABS (ABS+) is engineered to deliver the high heat resistance and mechanical strength of traditional ABS, but with the "butter-smooth" printability that defines our brand. Unlike other ABS+ variants that blend in PLA, our composite uses a 20% PETG additive to maintain high-temperature stability while significantly reducing warping and odors.
Derived from 100% Virgin Grade-A non-toxic pellets and manufactured to a tight +/- 0.03mm tolerance, you can expect consistent extrusion and excellent bridging performance throughout the entire spool.
Why Über ABS?
- Durability: Superior strength and toughness compared to PLA or PETG for practical, long-lasting parts.
- Finish: Can be acetone-smoothed for a striking, injection-molded look.
- High-Speed Ready: Optimized for high-speed printing environments.
- Versatility: While an enclosure is recommended, it can be printed without one using high-quality bed adhesives like Maker's Mistress.
- Eco-Friendly: Shipped in a cardboard box on a 100% recyclable cardboard spool.
Spool Note: The spool adhesive is rated for environments up to 70°C (158°F). If drying at higher temperatures, please use a spool clip or ring.
