Ambrosia Filament’s PC-CF (Polycarbonate + Carbon Fiber) is engineered to provide industrial-grade performance without the typical printing headaches. By blending high-quality Polycarbonate with Carbon Fiber and a ~10% PETG stabilizer, we’ve created a filament that offers superior heat resistance, strength, and toughness compared to ABS while remaining significantly easier to print than pure PC.
Manufactured to a tight +/- 0.03mm tolerance, this filament ensures consistent extrusion and professional results for functional prototypes and end-use mechanical parts.
- Requirements: A heated bed, heated chamber, and high-temperature hotend are required for successful printing.
- Packaging: Shipped in a cardboard box, wound on a recyclable cardboard spool, and vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
- Specifications: 1.75mm diameter | 1KG Net Weight.
Spool Care: The spool adhesive is rated for up to 70°C (158°F). For high-temperature drying or heated chambers exceeding this, please use a spool clip or ring.
