Dolos—named after the Greek spirit of trickery and deception—is Ambrosia Filament’s premium line of color-shifting ASA. These filaments provide a stunning alternating color effect that changes based on your viewing angle, taking decorative prints and "flexi-dragons" to a whole new level.
Built on our "Low Calorie" philosophy, this filament contains no unnecessary additives, ensuring a pure and consistent printing experience. Derived from 100% Virgin Grade-A pellets and manufactured to a tight +/- 0.03mm tolerance.
The Performance of ASA
ASA is the industrial successor to ABS, offering superior strength, impact resistance, and weather/UV stability. It is ideal for mechanical, functional, and decorative parts that need to withstand higher temperatures than PLA or PETG. While it prints with less warping than ABS, an enclosure and heated bed are required for optimal performance.
