ASA is the superior successor to ABS, perfect for mechanical, functional, and decorative parts. It offers exceptional strength, impact resistance, and weatherability (including UV). While it prints with less warping than standard ABS, an enclosure is highly encouraged and a heated bed is required.
Packaging: Eco-friendly cardboard box and spool, vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
Important Spool Care: The spool glue is rated for environments up to 70°C (158°F). If drying your filament or printing in an enclosure exceeding this temperature, we recommend using a printed spool ring or clip to maintain integrity.
Note: ASA is hygroscopic. Store in an airtight container with desiccant when not in use to ensure peak print quality.
