AMBROSIA - ASA Filament of the Gods - 2KG / 5KG + Large Spool
AMBROSIA - ASA Filament of the Gods - 2KG / 5KG + Large Spool
Bulk Printing Solutions: Designed specifically for high-volume printing partners and industrial applications. Our fan-favorite ASA is now available in higher capacities to keep your farm running longer with fewer spool changes. Note: These larger capacities are wound on durable plastic spools.
Ambrosia Filament's ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is the industrial-grade successor to ABS. Engineered for mechanical, functional, and outdoor applications, it offers exceptional UV, weather, and impact resistance. Derived from 100% Virgin Grade-A pellets and manufactured to a tight +/- 0.03mm tolerance, it delivers consistent extrusion and "butter-smooth" printability.
Why ASA?
- Weather Resistance: Superior UV stability makes it the ideal choice for outdoor automotive or marine parts.
- Mechanical Strength: High impact resistance and structural integrity for functional prototypes.
- Reduced Warping: Prints with significantly less warping than standard ABS (enclosure still highly recommended).
- Technical Finish: Can be acetone-smoothed for professional, high-gloss results.
Available Sizes: 2KG and 5KG High-Capacity Spools.

Safety & Storage: ASA can emit Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) when heated; use in a well-ventilated area. ASA is hygroscopic; keep spools sealed in an airtight container with desiccant to ensure consistent print quality.
