Advanced 3D Printing ABS+GF10 10% Glass Fiber Reinforced Filament (1kg)
Advanced 3D Printing ABS+GF10 10% Glass Fiber Reinforced Filament (1kg)
Engineered for high-strength industrial components, Advanced 3D Printing™ ABS+GF10 is a 10% glass fiber reinforced ABS filament manufactured in collaboration with 3DxTech. By incorporating micro-glass fibers aligned along the filament axis, ABS+GF10 combines the elevated thermal performance of ABS with outstanding rigidity, low shrinkage, and high dimensional stability.
Specially formulated to mitigate the warping, lifting, and bed adhesion issues common to standard ABS, ABS+GF10 delivers flat, highly accurate prints for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and structural parts. Available in four vivid colors: Red, Blue, Green, and White.
Key Features
- 10% Glass Fiber Reinforcement: Exceptionally stiff and strong without becoming brittle under structural load.
- Superior Dimensional Stability: Significantly reduces warping, lifting, and thermal shrinkage compared to standard unreinforced ABS.
- Elevated Thermal & UV Performance: High thermal resistance (functional up to 98°C depending on load) paired with UV stability for outdoor durability.
- Color Variety: Offered in Red, Blue, Green, and White for functional color-coding and aesthetic prototyping.
