Utilizing precision extrusion equipment and strict quality control processes, 3DXTech delivers highly innovative, industrial-grade materials built specifically for difficult, end-use engineering applications.
Print & Optimization Guidelines
Achieve the best results by configuring your slicer profiles to these verified engineering specifications:
- Extruder/Nozzle Temperature: 260°C – 280°C
- Heated Bed Temperature: 80°C – 100°C
- Heated Chamber: Not Required (Enclosure recommended for large parts)
- Nozzle Requirements: Hardened Steel or Ruby nozzle required (Carbon fiber is abrasive and will wear down brass nozzles). Minimum nozzle diameter: 0.4mm.
- Layer Height: 0.25mm or higher recommended to ensure smooth internal fiber flow.
- Material Drying Specs: Incredibly hygroscopic. Bake at 80°C for 4 hours in a filament dryer prior to printing for optimal mechanical performance.
