Print & Optimization Guidelines

Achieve the best results by configuring your slicer profiles to these verified engineering specifications:

  • Extruder/Nozzle Temperature: 260°C – 280°C
  • Heated Bed Temperature: 80°C – 100°C
  • Heated Chamber: Not Required (Enclosure recommended for large parts)
  • Nozzle Requirements: Hardened Steel or Ruby nozzle required (Carbon fiber is abrasive and will wear down brass nozzles). Minimum nozzle diameter: 0.4mm.
  • Layer Height: 0.25mm or higher recommended to ensure smooth internal fiber flow.
  • Material Drying Specs: Incredibly hygroscopic. Bake at 80°C for 4 hours in a filament dryer prior to printing for optimal mechanical performance.
