Maintain peak performance and extend the life of your 3D printer's hot-end with 3D Clean™ by 3D-Fuel. Specially formulated as a highly effective, non-chemical, and non-abrasive thermoplastic purging compound, this material safely pulls out residual filament, carbonized clogs, and pigment buildup without damaging your brass or hardened steel nozzles.
Safe, Mechanical Purging Action
Unlike chemical solvent cleaners or harsh abrasive filaments that wear down tight internal tolerances, 3D Clean™ relies on a mechanical grabbing action. It binds to stubborn particles trapped inside the melt zone and pulls them out clean, making it completely safe for both the operator and the printer components. It is the perfect preventive maintenance routine when transitioning between materials of varying melting points, such as moving from high-temperature PETG or ABS back down to PLA.
Flexible Packing Options for Simple Maintenance
Say goodbye to tangled spools for a simple maintenance step. 3D Clean™ is pre-cut and packaged for convenient, right-out-of-the-box use. The 1.75mm diameter variant arrives as a pack of 50 straight 8-inch sticks safely sealed inside a protective tube container alongside a desiccant moisture trap. It is also available in standalone 25g and 100g travel coils for larger flushing routines.
Straightforward Use & In-House Lab Validation
Using 3D Clean™ is simple: just set your hot-end temperature to 230°C and feed the material manually or via your extruder control system. If you are flushing out a technical polymer that requires a higher temperature matrix to flow, simply match the extrusion temperature of that target material. To guarantee broad compatibility, 3D Clean™ is continuously validated in our production test labs across major desktop systems like Raise3D, MakerBot, LulzBot, and FlashForge.
