Made exclusively from virgin NatureWorks Ingeo 4043D PLA resin, this filament contains no fillers or stretchers. This ensures a predictable printing experience, though you may find that the ideal printing temperature is 5–10°C higher than other PLA filaments due to its high purity.
Standard PLA+ is a durable hard plastic that produces a barely noticeable, pleasant sugary scent during extrusion. With its extensive color palette, it is the perfect choice for multi-color 3D printing systems like the Bambu Lab AMS.
Bambu Lab AMS Compatibility
Since October 2023, 3D-Fuel Standard PLA+ has been wound on AMS-compliant spools. While some older inventory may still be circulating, these spools remain compatible with the AMS; simply leave the unit lid open by a few millimeters to ensure smooth operation.
