One of the lightest blues we offer, Electric Blue Standard PLA+ is often referred to as a springtime or robin's egg blue. It is the perfect choice for pastel-themed home decor and seasonal 3D printing projects.
Standard PLA+ is an entry-level filament that doesn't compromise on quality. Using only virgin NatureWorks Ingeo 4043d PLA resin with no fillers or stretchers, it provides a highly predictable printing experience. Because of its purity, you may find the ideal print temperature is 5-10°C higher than other PLA filaments.
Easy to print yet strong, this Polylactic Acid (PLA) filament is a favorite worldwide. It produces a subtle, pleasant sugary smell during extrusion and is an ideal choice for multi-color systems like the Bambu Lab AMS.
Bambu AMS Compatibility
Since October 2023, 3D-Fuel Standard PLA+ has been manufactured using AMS-compliant spools. While we transition our warehouse inventory, you may receive an older spool style. These are still compatible with the AMS, but require the lid to be left open a few millimeters.
