Infused with structural glass fibers, this material is significantly stiffer, stronger, and more dimensionally stable while retaining the baseline benefits of PCTG: up to 30x the toughness of PETG, enhanced chemical resistance, and lower moisture absorption without requiring a heated enclosure.

The industrial-grade Toolbox Red finish combines rugged structural performance with high visual visibility, making it an ideal choice for durable multi-color engineering prints inside systems like the Bambu Lab AMS.

Bambu AMS Compatibility & Spooling

Since October 2023, 3D-Fuel filaments have transitioned onto AMS-compliant spools. Because warehouse inventory moves progressively, you may receive a traditional spool variant. This remains fully compatible with your Bambu AMS system simply by keeping the unit lid propped open by a few millimeters during operation.

The CHDM modified backbone naturally minimizes polar water-binding sites, giving PCTG-GF10 an exceptionally low moisture absorption rate (0.1–0.2% by weight). This reduces common filament defects like popping, bubbling, or messy stringing. When preparing parts for structural applications, optimize print mechanics by drying the spool at 60-70°C for 4-8 hours.
