Create real metal parts using any open-architecture FFF/FDM 3D printer—or even a 3D printing pen.
Product Specifications
Available Formats:
Spools: 1.75mm and 2.85mm (0.5kg and 1kg)
Pellets: 1kg jars
Filament Density: 3.50g/cc – 4.30g/cc
Metal Content: 82.0% – 85.0% Inconel®
High-Temperature Performance
Inconel® is a family of nickel-chromium-based superalloys known for their exceptional resistance to oxidation and corrosion, even when exposed to extreme heat and pressure. It is a critical material for high-performance engineering.
Printing Experience
Print with a 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle.
Prints similar to PLA with minimal to no warping.
Works with virtually any open-architecture 3D printer (no proprietary hardware required).
Ensure the filament feeds straight into the extruder.
Important: Less hygroscopic than PLA. Do not dry this filament—drying will degrade the binder.
Sintering & Applications
Fully Sinterable: After printing, your part can be fired in a furnace to become 100% metal. Inconel is the industry standard for components that must maintain structural integrity in the most demanding environments.
Aerospace propulsion and exhaust systems
Automotive turbocharger components
Chemical processing equipment
High-pressure and high-temperature research
One-off and short-run industrial manufacturing
All formats print just like PLA on most open-architecture 3D printers. Large orders may be subject to longer lead times.
